Welcome To Lime Street Elementary School

At Lime Street, students are very involved in the Accelerated Reader (AR) program.  In AR, students read books that are at their reading level, each with a certain amount of points.  The points range from 0.5 to over 40. Once they are finished reading the book, they take a test on the computer.  Depending on how well they do on the test, the student receives an amount of points. 

When a student achieves a certain amount of points, s/he gets a chain necklace and a dogtag.  To get a new dogtag, here is a list of points that a student needs to reach:

The students that receive the highest amount of AR points by the end of the school year will receive prizes and recognition, such as a special lunch or a Barnes & Noble giftcard.  Do your best!
