Welcome To Lime Street Elementary School

Every Friday, Lime Street students are recognized for following and modeling       BEST Practice rules (BE SAFE, BE RESPECTFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE).  Three students are chosen from each classroom to receive a prize from the administrators.

On Fridays, classes with the most students wearing Lime Street, red, or yellow shirts receive a pencil  Show your school pride!

As mentioned on another page, we will be starting a new "Perfect Attendance" incentive plan.  We are keeping track of those students who are getting perfect attendance each month.  At the beginning of each month, the administration will call the name of every student who has been at school each school day for the past month, and that student will get a certificate and be given the opportunity for further prizes.

Every month, two students from each class are chosen by their teacher to be the "Student of the Month" or "McDonald's Great Kid."  The students receive prizes, including food certificates to local restaurants, for being selected.  Show your teacher that you deserve to be chosen!

Our "Student of the Day" program recognizes one student each day who has exemplified safe, respectful, and responsible behavior.  Each of these students participate in the morning Pledge of Allegiance, and is recognized by their teacher for their outstanding behavior.  At the end of the year, two former "Students of the Day," a boy and a girl, are selected as Lime Street's "Students of the Year," and are recognized by having their names placed on the school's marquee.
